\n \nWHAT YOU WILL DO
\nThe Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the General Manager. You will be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.
\nDuties and Responsibilities
\n• Meet & exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)
\n• Meet & exceed targets for client data capture
\n• Create & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV
\n• Maintain client relationships through after sales service: not limited to but to include thank you notes, follow up phone calls, follow through of product repair or maintenance
\n• Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing
\n• Support the business through maintenance of daily operations such as, but not limited to, opening & closing the registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks
\n• Set the example of operation excellence by following policies & procedures, while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools & equipment
\n• Support the business by maintaining seamless inventory operations throughout the day
\n• Open and close consignments
\n• Process returns and exchanges
\n• Ability to communicate effectively & build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
\n• Develop business driving initiatives, contests and events
\n• Support the sales team through various coaching & training techniques
\n \nYOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
\n• Previous experience of at least 3 years in the Retail environment
\n• Organizational skills, accuracy and reliability
\n• Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email
\n \nWE’D LOVE TO SEE
\n• Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling
\n• Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
\n• Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities
