Quality Assurance Director Location: Phoenix, AZ ID: 2026-30484 Overview NaphCare is hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Director to join our Arizona Regional Office located in Downtown Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Complete initial and annual peer reviews for medical and/or psychiatric providers as delegated by the Clinical Quality Assurance Director. Assist in training providers on clinical standards of care and onsite duties. Collaborate with the education department to create up‑to‑date training videos and materials. Support the Accreditation Department staff with upcoming accreditation surveys. Conduct quarterly chart reviews for sites as delegated by the Chief Medical Officer or Corporate Medical Directors. Monitor quality compliance concerns in health staff documentation or performance and report findings to Corporate Medical Directors and the CMO. Assist with site‑level provider tasks that can be completed remotely. Qualifications Licensed and credentialed as an RN or NP/PA in the state of Arizona. Minimum 5 years of experience as a clinical provider; mental health experience preferred. Minimum 1‑year experience in correctional health care. CPHQ certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Excellent communication skills with all staff levels. Proficiency with multiple computer platforms for meetings or direct patient encounters (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meets). Moderate use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe is required.
