Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI St. Alexius Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to maintain the integrity of medical record information. This role supports our mission of providing compassionate care by ensuring accurate and organized patient data.
This position is onsite only*
Responsibilities:
Prepare, scan, and index documents into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Process Release of Information requests accurately and according to policy.
Contribute to the overall organization of the Medical Records department.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Utilize the EMR and scanning equipment proficiency.
Job Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent.
Medical office experience

CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.
