Ensure deliverables are met on-time with 100% accuracy Tooling management including domestic shipping and international exporting/importing of NDE tooling Effective daily planning to achieve milestones as set by scientists or engineers Proctoring of data collection Potential Travel, domestic and/or international Learn and perform Nondestructive inspections, and analyze data as needed Education and Experience BS degree in STEM field BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics preferred 0-3 years of relevant experience Experience working across multi-functional organizations and with all levels of management is preferred Skills and Knowledge US person status is required Communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently and following instructions Ability to work both hands-on and with automated data collection systems Project Management skills Organization skills using Excel trackers and specific software Attention to detail Able to multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
