What you’ll do Manages all in salon class assigning, planning, related travel, related expense approval Manages all planning of Key Account annual education class calendars Aligns with key sales partners to support all business strategies to plan education in line with acquisition, growth, and maintenance of any potential or existing accounts Supports distributor sales meetings & trainings within region. Identifies AE (ASK Expert needs) regional recruitment needs and onboards, mentors and manages their development Manages assigned budgets Provides monthly assigned reports to their manager The Regional Education Manager (REM), you should have 5+ years’ experience in managing the full array of professional beauty education and training campaigns that are channel and customer specific. You should have a solid understanding of bringing education and training curriculum to market providing practical application techniques that drive a sales plan for growth as directed by the Channel Education Manager and Director of Events & Education. The ideal candidate will contribute regularly to education and training initiatives which will drive business for Schwarzkopf Professional by creating value for clients which contribute to long-term complimentary business relationships. What makes you a good fit 3–5 years as a professional stylist with deep expertise in hair color with a major manufacturer (Schwarzkopf Professional experience preferred). Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate complex education initiatives. Strong presentation and communication skills with a confident, engaging presence. Highly organized, tech-savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, email), and able to juggle multiple priorities. Resilient, energetic, and solution-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Holds a valid cosmetology license and driver’s license; willing to travel up to 90%. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus. Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs., travel, and be physically capable of standing for pro-longed periods of time. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
