Michael Aaron Staffing has partnered with a leading medical malpractice defense firm seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralega l to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical malpractice litigation and the ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial. This firm needs a highly skilled, organized, and proactive litigation paralegal who can independently manage complex medical malpractice matters while providing exceptional support to the legal team. Qualifications Previous medical malpractice litigation experience required Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records Excellent organizational and case management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Responsibilities Manage medical malpractice case files from intake through resolution Review, organize, and summarize medical records Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Coordinate depositions, expert witnesses, and trial preparation Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom support Benefits Full healthcare coverage 401(k) Profit-sharing program Annual discretionary bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Aaron Staffing, LLC
