Position Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Department Atrium Health Cabarrus Employment Type Full Time, Nights Hours per Week 36 Schedule Details Full‑time nights, 12‑hour shifts Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 per hour Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Lead efforts using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. At least 6 months of nursing experience; not a new graduate. Where You Will Work Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457‑bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. It is a Level III Trauma Center with comprehensive emergency services and specialty medical care. About the ICU The ICU is a 40‑bed Intensive Care Unit managing complex medical‑surgical cases, including ventilated patients, stroke, trauma, and more, with a typical 2:1 nurse-to-patient assignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atrium Health
