divh2Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager/h2pPinckney Carter, a member of Correll Insurance Group, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager at our office in North Charleston, SC./ph3Job Summary/h3pThe Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager will assist the Commercial Lines Account Management team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. Including professional customer service and all related functions of support for the book of business to which you are assigned. Process applications for, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies. Duties include reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, etc., and verifying the accuracy of insurance company records./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliEnter detail for new business applications as needed./liliSetup Templates for Certificates of Insurance./liliProcess change requests to the carrier and endorsements received from the carrier./liliProcess incoming requests for additional information from the carriers./liliPrepare renewal kits and forward to clients for updated information./liliPrepare and assist with renewal Summaries Proposals./liliAssist with loss run requests./liliSet up insureds policy booklet./liliModify, update, and process existing policies and claims to reflect any changes./liliProcess and record new insurance policies and claims./liliReview and verify data, such as age, name, address, and principal sum and value of property on insurance applications and policies./liliMaintaining files for each policyholder./liliCorrespond with insured or agent to obtain information or inform them of account status or changes./liliOther responsibilities as needed to support the Commercial Lines Account Management team./li/ulh3Qualifications/Requirements/h3ulliHigh school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred/liliHave at least 1 year working experience preferred in the insurance industry as clerical/customer service/liliHold current and valid Property and Casualty Insurance license or able to obtain one within 6 months of accepting the position/liliPossess a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers/liliPossess above average computer skills, existing proficient is strongly preferred in various needed programs, such as AMS360, ImageRight, Excel, and Word/liliAbility to set up and conduct meetings in a virtual environment such as Teams and Zoom including the ability to share screens and make presentations (ex.
