Senior Data Analyst/ BI

Join the Direction Marketing Digital & Data of e-NRJ, at the heart of the digital transformation of the NRJ Group. Our mission is to support the stations and brands of the Group (NRJ, Chérie FM, Nostalgie, Rire & Chansons) on all their digital properties (websites, apps, CRM, acquisition campaigns, audio digital), in order to develop audiences, listening, engagement and business performance.

In this context, we are recruiting a Senior Data Analyst/ BI to strengthen the structuring, reliability, and exploitation of data in the service of digital marketing, monetization, digital products, and business management. This position is key to centralizing data from multiple sources, producing clear and actionable analyses for non-technical teams, and helping to better understand the performance of our digital audiences and the contribution of our activities to revenue.

Your missions:

• Consolidate and exploit multi-source data
• Build clear dashboards and reports
• Analyze the performance of digital audiences
• Measure business contribution and ROI
• Be a cross-functional data reference

Indispensables:

• Very good mastery of SQL
• Very good mastery of Excel / Google Sheets
• Confirmed experience on a Business Intelligence tool: Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
• Experience in creating dashboards, reports and multi-source analyses
• Solid understanding of tracking, measurement, attribution, data quality and perimeter coherence issues
• Ability to work from exports, heterogeneous sources and sometimes imperfectly structured data

Appreciable:

• Experience with web / app analytics tools (e.g. Piano, GA4, Amplitude)
• Knowledge of CRM / engagement tools (e.g. Airship)
• Knowledge of acquisition / attribution tools (e.g. Adjust)
• Sensitivity to adtech environments / audio digital / advertising monetization
• Experience in media, audio, streaming, advertising or public apps would be a plus
