About the Role KeyMark is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a critical engine of our financial planning and analysis function. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the core FP&A processes — from building and maintaining sophisticated financial models to delivering actionable insights that directly shape business strategy. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a technically rigorous finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. Job Duties Own and continuously enhance the company's three-statement financial model, including rolling 12-month forecasts, multi-year projections, and scenario/sensitivity analyses Build and maintain bottoms-up operating models that tie departmental drivers to P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet outcomes Develop and refine SaaS metrics models tracking ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, gross margin, CAC, LTV, and customer cohort performance Conduct deep-dive variance analyses comparing actuals to budget and forecast, surfacing root causes and actionable recommendations FP&A Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes, coordinating with department heads to build accurate, driver-based plans Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to develop financial plans that align spending with growth priorities Design and maintain dashboards and KPI scorecards that give leadership a real-time pulse on business performance Support pricing analysis, headcount planning, and ROI evaluation of strategic investments Reporting & Investor Relations Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for internal leadership, PE sponsors, and lenders — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a compelling narrative Support the board reporting process, including preparation of board decks, bridge analyses, and management commentary Manage PE sponsor data requests, lender reporting, and covenant compliance packages Develop ad hoc analyses to support M&A due diligence, capital allocation decisions, and strategic planning initiatives Requirements 3–6 years of experience in FP&A in a similar quantitative finance role Demonstrated expertise building complex, multi-tab financial models from scratch in Excel — three-statement models, DCF, scenario analysis Strong understanding of SaaS business mechanics and the metrics that matter in a subscription software context Prior experience in a PE-backed company or high-growth software/technology business strongly preferred Exceptional analytical rigor — you catch errors before they happen and your models are clean, documented, and audit-ready Strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Why KeyMark Highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership, PE sponsors, and board-level discussions Opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function at a scaling software business Collaborative, intellectually curious finance team that values rigor and initiative equally Competitive base salary and a strong benefits package at a company that is consistently recognized as a great place to work.
