Job Position Psychiatric Mental Health Physician Assistant (PMHPA) Essential Functions Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacologic management for patients with mental health disorders. Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed. Provide crisis interventions for patients or families as needed. Collaborate with psychotherapists on cases requiring behavioral treatment. Coordinate care with family, community organizations or other agencies as needed. Document evaluations, psychopharmacologic, and individual/family therapy interventions timely in the EMR system. Participate in network activities such as team meetings, provider meetings, grand rounds, and training sessions. Part‑time schedule (24 hours a week). Qualifications Must be certified by the NCCPA. 2+ years of experience preferred but all welcome. Current and unrestricted New York State license. DEA required. Knowledge of and experience in EMR systems. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required. Rendr is an equal opportunity employer.
