Make a difference in the lives of students by putting your Occupational Therapy skills to work in an engaging school-based contract opportunity near Renton, WA. Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth, functional skills, and participation in the classroom. This role is ideal for OTs passionate about pediatrics and creating positive learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT state license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
- Ability to adapt and collaborate within team environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Provide resources and training to staff and families as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
