We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter to join our growing team in Tampa Bay.
What You’ll Do
Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry including kitchens, vanities, closets, and bookshelves.
Build shaker-style doors, flat doors, and laminated doors with precision.
Perform painting, finishing, and laminating on cabinetry.
Read and interpret detailed drawings, cut lists, and measurements.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
Ensure high-quality standards with attention to detail in every project.
Assist with installations when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in cabinet making, millwork, or finish carpentry.
Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials.
Ability to fabricate, assemble, and finish cabinets from start to finish.
Proficiency with woodworking machines, hand tools, and spray/paint equipment.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship.
Must have reliable transportation to our Tampa shop.
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
Range: $20 – $28 per hour to start (depending on experience).
Performance reviews with potential for raises and bonuses.
