Senior Project Manager

E-Solutions

Looking for a PM to help us with migrating our JDE instance from a Private Cloud to a Public Cloud

The project is being handled by our technical partner and they are responsible for doing the actual migration and moving all the systems

8th Avenue is responsible for

Tracking the work that they are doing through meetings and other venues

Application is functional and there are no issues

Making sure that 8th Avenue has good visibility to what is happening with the technical team

Putting together the testing documentation (Scenarios and Scripts)

Conducting 2 rounds of user testing with (reports & dashboards on what has failed and passed)

Manage a risk and issues list

Develop a communications plan with Daily, Weekly and Monthly status meetings depending on the audience)

Track purchases (Licenses, Hardware, Software ...)

Monitor go live issues.

Work with offshore resources and help track their progress

Ideal candidate will have done a system migration or data center move

ERP project experience is a must (JDE is better)
