SHIFTS: FULL-TIME and PART-TIME

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

11pm-7am

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
Assist with daily care needs of residents, ensuring comfort and well-being.
Provide emotional support to residents and families, helping to create a warm, caring environment.

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse:

Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Strong communication skills and a caring, professional demeanor.
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics
