Delivery Driver

Non-CDL Delivery Drivers | Earn Up to $18/Hour

T&T Produce is hiring Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our Ringgold team. We've been in the produce business since 1990, getting fresh produce and dairy where it needs to go throughout our region. We're local, we know our customers, and we're looking for dependable drivers who like being on the road and don't mind getting an early start.

Here's what you should know:

• Earn up to $18/hour
• Full-time, typically 35-45 hours per week
• Local and regional delivery routes
• No CDL required
• Early start times - sometimes as early as 3:00 a.m.
• Health and medical insurance
• Paid vacation after 90 days

What the job looks like…

You'll drive a straight truck, deliver fresh produce and dairy to T&T customers, unload product, and keep your route moving.

This is a hands-on job. You'll be in and out of the truck, working with customers, moving product, and getting deliveries where they need to be.

And yes, 3:00 a.m. is early. For some people, that's a dealbreaker. For others, there's something pretty good about having a big part of your workday behind you before most people finish their first cup of coffee.

We're looking for drivers who…

Have a clean driving record, can safely handle a straight truck, don't mind physical work, can lift up to 50 lbs., and can move heavier loads with a two-wheel dolly.

Most importantly, we're looking for people who show up, work hard, and take care of the customers on their route.
