By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a BIDW QA Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).Skills* Graduate or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare domain preferrably Payer segment.* Must have Technical expertise in BI/DW areas.* Must have experience in EDW and ETL testing process. * Must be able to design and implement queries to test the requirements.* Must have experience in understanding business requirements and prepare test cases and test data * Must have experience with handling customer and other third party vendors effectively.* Must have problem solving ability to provide solutions to complex and new business problems.* Must have experience with mentoring a offshore team.* Generate innovative ideas and apply them in implementing solutions.* Must be flexible and adaptable towards changing organizational needs.* Excellent Communication and inter-personal skills.* Excellent knowledge of US Healthcare Payer domain and related standards.* Good understanding of industry best practices, processes and procedures.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
