Janesville, WI | ️ 13 Weeks | Acute Dialysis RN – Day Shift

Seeking an experienced Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse for a hospital-based dialysis assignment. This role is ideal for an RN with strong dialysis experience who excels in a fast-paced acute care environment and is comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Schedule:
• Day Shift
• 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday schedule
• On-call rotation averaging 3–4 days per month and one weekend per month

Responsibilities:
• Provide acute dialysis nursing care to hospitalized patients
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure patient safety

Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin RN License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Current AHA ACLS Certification
• Acute Dialysis experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Additional Details:
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• EPIC experience preferred
• Holiday coverage required
• Hospital-based inpatient acute dialysis setting
