Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living Facility Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our esteemed assisted living community. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Skills and Qualifications: Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations At Grand Villa of Ocala, we pride ourselves on fostering a warm, welcoming community where our staff can grow professionally and personally.
