Psychotherapist Position at Integrated Counseling and WellnessIntegrated Counseling and Wellness (ICW) is seeking a Psychotherapist to join the Rexburg Team. Psychotherapists with ICW work with their clients to re-connect the disparate parts of the individual, individuals to a family, and families to communities with the goal of long-term wellness of individuals and society. Using various therapeutic approaches, staff strive to create models of integrated care to best serve their clients.ICW serves a client population consisting of adults, adolescents, children, and couples.ResponsibilitiesMakes accurate mental health diagnoses and develops appropriate treatment plansCollaborates with peers on cases, treatment development, andBuilds rapport with clients in a compassionate and caring demeanorMentors peers throughout their career in the Mental Health IndustryCompletes required documentation in a timely and professional mannerPractices accountability in their actions, professionally and ethicallyContinually improves themselves through continued education and/or specializationClassificationFull Time (30+ billable clients per week) Benefits eligibleFlex Time (23-25 billable clients per week)Part Time (15-20 billable clients per week)Education/LicenseLicensed to practice as a Psychotherapist in the state of Idaho Will consider those with provisional licensesLCSW, LMFT, and LCPC preferredRequired SkillsEffectively communicates, both orally and in writing, with diverse populationsActively listensWorks well in a team environment and/or independently when neededAdapts quickly to rapidly changing environmentsRespects teammatesAbility to set and hold personal/professional boundariesCritically thinks thru complex problems and provides possible solutions
