We have an opening for a Custom Home Project Manager. The area of responsibility will be Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland and Sunrise Beach Texas. Candidate must have at least three years of Texas new home supervisory experience. Others need not apply. We will also not consider an applicant who would be required to drive more than 45 minutes each way to work. This is not a training position, and the new Project Manager will begin supervising new custom homes on day 1. We are replacing a long time project manger who is retiring. This is a 1099 contract position and bonuses are paid for performance and referrals. Paid holidays and 2 weeks vacation after 6 months.
