Candidates must hold a valid RN license and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Experience in the operating room and familiarity with EPIC charting systems are essential. The candidate should be prepared to work day shifts, reflecting the needs of the department. Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience, with preference given to those with 5 years. Prior travel nursing experience is necessary for this role. Strong clinical skills are required, including various surgical procedures. Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams are critical. Candidates should be familiar with infection control protocols and safety standards in the operating room.
