As a Security Officer Patrol Driver with Active Clearance in Indianapolis, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.24 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You\u2019ll Do Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aero and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance-related issues. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help support access control procedures for employees, contractors, and delivery personnel. Communicate with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed, providing directions, incident details, and other security-related information in accordance with site protocols. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A valid driver\u2019s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
