Locum - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology, WA

Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Facility: Tacoma, Gig Harbor Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic/Beacon (All chemo ordered through treatment plans) Patients Per Shift: 15 Rounding: Assigned Patients Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60- 90 days. Clean history can qualify for expidited privileges Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? Yes Other Details: Shifts will be M-F 0800-1630, five days a week. Call overnight for clinic patients only. No procedures. No BMT. 60% oncology 40% Hem. Average daily census is 5. Hospitalist coverage for first call. Majority solid tumor. No Leukemia possibly lymphoma. Epic/Beacon experience is a plus. Wellrounded experience staff including MA's and RNs.
