Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Upon hire: National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association. One year of nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications Upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice, PALS and/or NRP certification (for Relief Charge Nurse). Upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice (for Relief Charge Nurse).
