As a Senior Observability Architect, you will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise observability platforms utilizing Splunk, Dynatrace, Cribl, OpenTelemetry and automation solutions.What You’ll Do:Design enterprise observability solutions across logs, metrics, traces and events.Architect telemetry pipelines using Splunk, Dynatrace, Cribl and OpenTelemetry.Lead Splunk and Dynatrace engineering, optimization and administration efforts.Develop automation and observability cost optimization strategies.Promote SRE, operational excellence, security and governance standards.Provide technical leadership and mentoring across engineering teams.Experience you’ll need to have:10+ years in observability, monitoring, logging or platform engineering.7+ years of Splunk engineering or architecture experience.5+ years of Dynatrace administration experience.3+ years with Cribl, OpenTelemetry or telemetry pipeline engineering.7+ years of Linux administration experience.5+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).5+ years of Ansible, Terraform, Python and JavaScript experience.Experience that would be great to have:Splunk Architect, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, or related Splunk certifications.Dynatrace Professional or Dynatrace Associate certification.Experience implementing OpenTelemetry standards and instrumentation frameworks.Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native observability.Experience supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.Experience within highly regulated industries such as financial services, banking, healthcare, or technology.Bachelors degree in IT or relevant experience.How you’ll work:Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech; this role is on-site Monday through Friday.This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.#FiservCareers #NowHiring #ObservabilityArchitect #Observability #Splunk #LI-CD1#Dynatrace #OpenTelemetry #Cribl #PlatformEngineering #SRESalary Range$128,000.00 - $216,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
