Senior Medical Director, Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance
Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a Medical Director of Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance to lead ICSR medical review and regulatory collaboration. The role requires MD and oncology PV experience, with onsite work four days per week at our South San Francisco headquarters.
You will partner with Safety Operations, vendors, and clinical teams to ensure timely, quality safety reporting, compliance, and inspection readiness across a growing program.
