Key Qualifications:

• Valid ECSE teaching credential (required)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with early learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to two classes of early childhood students, meeting both IEP goals and individual learning needs
• Plan, modify, and implement lessons that foster participation and skill-building for all learners
• Maintain effective communication with families, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Manage a caseload of up to 20 students, ensuring appropriate documentation and progress monitoring
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8am–3pm (with a one-hour unpaid lunch), covering two teaching blocks: 8:30–11am and 12–2:30pm
• Uphold compliance with all relevant district, state, and federal regulations

Position Details:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Immediate start through May 27, 2027
• Caseload of up to 20 students
