Our client, a respected player in the insurance sector, offers an engaging role where you will act as a trusted advisor, driving efficient claim resolutions and fostering strong relationships across carriers and policyholders.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and assist clients with open claims, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
• Advise clients on insurance coverage and assist with reporting and submitting claims to the appropriate insurance carrier or third?party administrator.
• Partner with clients and carriers on claim resolution, including assisting with settlement negotiations, reserve adequacy, and coverage interpretations.
• Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation, including internal claim files and updates within the agency management system.
• Analyze and summarize claims data to support client presentations, including loss summaries, open claim reports, loss trend analysis, and other claims?related deliverables.
• Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while responding promptly to questions and requests.

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance claims and coverage.
• Excellent client service and relationship?building abilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem?solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple claims and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present claims data.
• Professional judgment and the ability to handle complex or challenging claims.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with claims management software platforms (e.g., Xactimate, ClaimCenter).
• Experience with P&C licensing processes and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and loss mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools for reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
