About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global External Communications to lead the strategic management of all external communication activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive external communications plan that enhances the company's visibility, brand reputation, and positioning in the technology and SaaS space. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all external channels. The VP will also be a key partner in the Office of the CEO, collaborating with internal communications and global brand teams, and supporting external communication efforts related to corporate events, product launches, and M&A. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading external communications, public relations, and media strategies for high-growth tech or SaaS companies. They must be adept at crisis management, possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, and have experience in global communication strategies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years experience in external communications, corporate communications, or public relations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to align communication strategies with business objectives and produce measurable results.
