The Hillsboro-Deering School District is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as Principal of Hillsboro-Deering High School. The successful candidate will have substantial successful experience with:

• Developing or revising high school curriculum and instructional practices;
• Improving student achievement;
• Fostering a positive, supportive school climate;
• Implementing inclusionary special education models;
• Demonstrating a commitment to high expectations and the academic achievement of all students; and
• Successfully contributing as a K-12 team member.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A minimum of a Master's degree;
• NH certification as a Principal;
• Experience as a teacher;
• Experience serving in an administrative/supervisory K-12 role or as an assistant principal.
