Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all clients. \n
- Employ solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based techniques to drive therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, regularly revisiting goals to facilitate progress in areas such as personal insights, feelings, relationships, and coping strategies. \n
- Assess client progress throughout therapy, modifying treatment strategies as required to optimize effectiveness and accountability. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. \n
You will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. - Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n
- Must hold a current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to provide therapeutic services. \n
- Minimum of two years of experience in the field of mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in diverse therapeutic techniques. \n
