Join Shepler's as a member of our critical maintenance team! Sheplers maintenance cast members are directly responsible for how our guests perceive the Sheplers operation. Our guests first impression is your daily responsibility. Primary duties include, but are not limited to cleaning our guest restrooms, grass cutting, grounds keeping, painting, sweeping & mopping, minor repair work, and of course the daily cleaning of our beautiful fleet of motor vessels. Shepler's "First Class" appearance depends heavily on you. We expect this Cast Member to be self-motivated and highly attentive to detail.

This position often works outdoors in all types of weather.

Skills
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in front of the public. Must be able to work independently and have amazing attention to detail, along with pride in the work that you do.
