**Join Our Dynamic Float Pool as an MS/Telemetry RN!** - **Position**: Travel: MS/Tele RN - **Start**: ASAP - Starting within 2 weeks of offer acceptance - **Duration**: 13 Weeks - **Shift**: Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) - 3/12's - **Schedule**: Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule **Exciting Opportunity**: - This is a FLOAT POOL POSITION — you will have the chance to engage with various departments and the following four facilities. - Make a difference in the lives of patients by utilizing your Nursing expertise in a dynamic environment. - Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality patient care. **Requirements**: - Valid AZ nursing license. - BLS and ACLS certifications. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in MS/Telemetry. - Patient-to-nurse ratio: 6:1. - Scrub Color: Any color. - EMR Experience: Cerner is required. **Responsibilities**: - Hold shift accountability for patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state nursing regulations. - Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment while planning for safe delivery of care. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. - Assign patient care priorities effectively, reflecting staff education and experience. - Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
