- Ensure Operational Efficiency: You'll play a key role in managing inventory, procurement, and adherence to food safety regulations.

- Financial Acumen: Your sharp financial sense will contribute to increased sales and profits through strategic management.
- Leadership & Support: You'll provide guidance and direction to Cafe Managers, ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
- Operational Excellence: By providing support and relief as needed, you'll guarantee seamless workflow across various departments.
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry. A strong track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve results.
- Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee food and beverage tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Experience with revenue tracking, profit maximization strategies, and budget adherence.
- Exceptional Customer Focus: Passion for creating a welcoming and positive customer experience.
- Coaching & Development: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and support team members.
- Safety & Compliance: Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to ensure adherence.
- Weekend & Holiday Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience within the coffee industry (a plus).
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., inventory management systems).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Competitive Salary & Bonus: We offer a strong starting salary of $75,000. Additionally, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to $15,000 a year.
