Senior IT Project Manager / Program ManagerCapgemini is supporting in the transformation of its Engineering End-to-End (E2E) Certification & Master Scheduling ecosystem, replacing a business-managed Smartsheet-based solution with a secure, integrated, enterprise-grade platform. We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead this critical transformation initiative, ensuring end-to-end delivery across IT, data, and business process domains. This role requires a strong combination of IT system integration expertise, project/program delivery leadership, and stakeholder management in complex industrial environments.Mission / ObjectivesLead the end-to-end implementation of a new certification and scheduling solution. Ensure migration from a decentralized Smartsheet environment to a secure, integrated digital platform. Drive harmonization of engineering processes across multiple sites (US & Canada). Guarantee compliance with cybersecurity, data governance.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project LeadershipManage the full lifecycle of the program: Initiation ? Design ? Build ? Test ? Deployment ? HypercareDefine and maintain roadmap, milestones, budget, and governanceLead multi-stream delivery (functional, technical, data, security, integration)Business & IT AlignmentTranslate business requirements (BRD) into actionable delivery plansEnsure consistency between: Engineering processes (STC, ECR, certification workflows) IT solutions (PLM, SAP, data platforms)Support definition of target architecture and "To-Be" processesSolution Implementation & IntegrationOversee integration with key systems: SAP, Google ecosystem, potential PLM / engineering toolsEnsure end-to-end data flow, consistency, and traceabilitySupervise data migration from legacy systemsData & GovernanceEstablish data governance framework (ownership, quality, lifecycle)Ensure compliance with: Cybersecurity standards (authentication, access control, etc.) Data privacy and export control requirementsMonitor data integrity and reporting capabilitiesStakeholder & Change ManagementEngage with senior stakeholders: Engineering leadership, Digital / IT sponsors, Process expertsDrive: Workshops, Steering committees, Executive reportingLead change management and user adoption strategyRisk, Compliance & SecurityIdentify and mitigate key risks: Cybersecurity vulnerabilities, Operational disruptions due to system failureEnsure solution meets enterprise security and compliance standardsTesting, Deployment & SupportManage: UAT strategy and execution, Deployment approach (phased vs. big bang)Ensure: Knowledge transfer, Training plans, Transition to support teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceTechnical & IT SkillsStrong experience in: Enterprise system implementation (ERP, PLM, or scheduling tools), System integration & data flows, Data-driven solutions / dashboardsKnowledge of: SAP integration, Data architecture & governance, Cloud / enterprise platformsProject & Program Management2–5 years in IT project/program managementProven experience delivering complex transformation programsStrong command of: Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies, Risk & dependency management, Financial trackingIndustry / Domain Expertise (Strong Plus)Aerospace / Manufacturing / Engineering environmentsCertification processes (STC, ECR, etc.)Scheduling / production planning systemsSoft SkillsExcellent stakeholder management (including C-level)Strong communication & structuring skillsAbility to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environmentsLeadership & team coordination across geographiesNice-to-HaveExperience with Smartsheet or similar tools transformation.
