Salary: $95k - $100k base salary plus benefits

Job Summary:

Client is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support its sales and marketing teams in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. This role will develop sales presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and account-specific communications while managing conference and trade show marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create sales presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute conference and trade show marketing, including lead generation and follow-up.
• Support large corporate accounts with tailored marketing and communication strategies.
• Coordinate priorities between sales and marketing leadership.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and sales support requests.
• Track campaign performance and manage activities using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or sales enablement.
• Strong copywriting and presentation development skills.
• Experience managing conferences, trade shows, and corporate account support.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, dermatology, or medical device industry experience is preferred.
