We are actively seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join a fast-paced food and beverage organization. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping daily warehouse activity running smoothly while ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will support both administrative and hands-on operations, helping coordinate documentation, maintain organization, and keep product flow on track. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Review and manage shipping and receiving paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate communication with internal departments, customers, and carriers to support on-time delivery
• Prepare labels, shipping documentation, and tracking details for outgoing orders
• Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency by supporting daily warehouse operations on the floor
• Recognize potential delays or discrepancies and communicate solutions quickly
• Contribute to order fulfillment through picking, packing, and inventory verification tasks
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with operational procedures

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally across teams
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or administrative support is preferred
• A flexible, team-focused approach with willingness to assist where needed
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
