Schedule: MondayFriday | 10:30 PM 7:00 AM

Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional 12-hour weekend shifts

Openwork is hiring dependable Production Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Denton. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want a stable opportunity with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Produce wood products in a high-production manufacturing environment.
• Set up and operate woodworking equipment and machinery.
• Cut, shape, smooth, and assemble wooden materials.
• Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Follow specification sheets and production instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Apply paint and complete finishing processes as needed.
• Stack finished materials onto pallets or conveyors safely.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
