Empowered by Everyone to Transform Lives. **Overview****The Richardson School** (100% employee owned!) is now accepting applications for a **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our team! **Responsibilities:*** Evaluation and treatment of students with disorders in speech/language and cognition.* Development of goals, objectives, treatment plans, and materials for the treatment of speech/language and cognitive impairments, including activities, low-technology AAC, etc.* Data recording, in accordance with the students IEP minutes and completes progress monitoring.* Provides Staff training on use of speech/language strategies and AAC Systems to implement in the classrooms.* Attendance at meetings including IEPs, weekly staffing, training/education teams* AAC programming, report-writing, and implementation* Communication with outside school district staff, families, and vendors* Participation in The RIcahrdson School's Trauma Informed and Therapuetic practices trainings.
