Electro-Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianClariant is currently hiring for two Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician openings to support the Catalyst business unit at the West Plant facility in Louisville, KY. Both positions work a 12-hour day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The schedule rotates quarterly between working at the beginning and the end of the workweek; however, both positions will remain on the day shift. The hourly pay range for this position is $41.28–$45.20, with the starting rate determined based on qualifications, directly related experience, and overall fit for the role. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a starting rate toward the higher end of the range. In addition, this position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, payable after four months of successful employment.In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on West Plant catalyst equipment and related industrial systems. Responsibilities include conducting electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting motors and production equipment, disassembling, realigning, and reinstalling components, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
