Position Details Role: Leasing Specialist Reports To: Leasing Leader Compensation: Based on experience Location: Main Office in Kaukauna, WI Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Accident, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Company Events Flexible Monday–Friday Schedule Hands-on Training Free Coaching and Development in Personal Finance and Real Estate Investing after the probationary period Position Summary The Leasing Specialist is responsible for turning prospective residents into new residents by providing an exceptional experience from the first interaction through move-in. This is a sales and relationship-focused role. You’ll respond to leads, build relationships, schedule and conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and guide applicants through the leasing process. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and seeing your work directly translate into results, this could be the role for you. Who You Are Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people Motivated by goals, results, and winning Organized and able to manage multiple prospects at once Comfortable making calls and consistently following up Positive, trustworthy, and adaptable A strong communicator who can handle difficult conversations Someone who takes ownership and gets things done What You Are Great At Responding to and following up with leasing leads Building relationships with prospective residents Qualifying leads and identifying their housing needs Scheduling and conducting property tours Answering questions about properties, pricing, availability, and the leasing process Overcoming objections and helping prospects make decisions Guiding applicants through the leasing process Maintaining accurate lead and prospect information Working toward leasing and occupancy goals Creating an unparalleled experience from first contact through move-in What You Have Achieved Previous sales, customer service, leasing, or hospitality experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Comfortable learning and using technology Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Property management experience is a plus, but we can teach you the property management side What You Are Motivated By A fast-paced environment Goals, competition, and results An amazing team and culture Growth and development Having ownership over your role Helping people find a place they’re proud to call home Are You Our Next ROCK STAR?
