Job Description

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory. Coordinate closely with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery (P&D), and service departments. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Assign tasks to team members as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency. Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Promote teamwork and maintain clear communication with coworkers. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and work with a team. Tire or warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance. Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed). Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
