Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift

Position: Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Id: 561-2026 # of Openings: 1 MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER - 2nd Shift DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Mold Processing Support: Completing the resin fill, oven processing, demolding, mold cleaning, and material movement required to return molds to the loading station Work with fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, nuts, helicoils, inserts, and adhesives Align and fit sub and structural assemblies by installing and connecting parts, fittings, and assemblies Cut, trim, file, bend, and smooth parts, and verify sizes and fitting tolerances in order to ensure proper fit and clearance Use basic hand tools, i.e., screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, hammer, ratchets & sockets, ruler, calipers Works within small team/group REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of previous mechanical assembly experience, preferably working with Aerospace products Ability to work with little to no instruction and supervision Previous machine shop work practices background preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
