In this role, you will be responsible for accurately blending ingredients and preparing beverage batches according to customer-specific recipes and production instructions. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing a high-quality product, follows procedures closely, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

• 3 Days On / 4 Days Off
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Must be flexible to work until production runs are completed
• Overtime available as needed

Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to batch sheets and customer recipes.
• Follow detailed production instructions to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Operate mixing equipment and monitor batches throughout the production process.
• Document production information and maintain accurate batch records.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Stage ingredients and raw materials for production runs.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and work areas.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
• Work closely with production and packaging teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, beverage production, mixing, blending, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and measuring abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
