The incumbent supervises professional staff, manages program operations, develops policies and procedures, monitors budgets and contracts, and ensures compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and departmental policies. The Program and Project Supervisor provides leadership in strategic planning, risk management, performance management, and continuous process improvement while fostering collaboration across divisions and with external stakeholders. The position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by providing policy recommendations, data-driven analysis, and innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Principles of supervision, leadership, and employee development. Program and project management methodologies. Strategic planning, organizational development, and change management. Budget development, fiscal management, contracts, and grant administration. Risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and internal controls. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse organizations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency using project management, collaboration, and data analysis tools. Typical Work Environment: The incumbent works in a professional office or hybrid environment, frequently leading meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing executive-level reports, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
