The demand engine is growing fast and this role is the person who runs the parts of it that compound. WHAT YOU OWN (FOUR AREAS, WITH NUMBERS) Email and SMS (Omnisend). List growth, welcome and nurture sequences, abandoned cart flows, segmentation, and the promotional calendar. Number: percent of Shopify revenue from email (baseline 7.3 percent on a 90-day window; aim 10 percent by Day 90, 13 percent by month six). Affiliate and creator program (UpPromote on Shopify). Nurture the current affiliates, own the commission structure, and onboard weekly inbound using the Creator Content Brief. Recruit new influencer and creator partners on a rolling basis, co-manage the SB Mowing partnership (content collaboration, co-promotions, revenue attribution), manage payouts, and optimize partner performance against tracked revenue. Number: active affiliates driving tracked sales (baseline 6; aim 15 by Day 90, 40 by month six). Organic social and content. Consistent posting cadence, community engagement, and brand voice consistency, built from your own footage plus our contract videographer and cleared SB Mowing clips. If you film and edit short-form video yourself, this is where the seat is headed. Number: cadence hit rate against the monthly plan. Marketing operations . Listings, promotions calendar, marketing inbox, and offer implementation: the 2-pack and 5-pack bundles and the thank-you-page post-purchase upsell. Number: multi-unit order rate (baseline 9.8 percent; aim 15 percent by month six). COMPENSATION AND STRUCTURE Base $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, with in-house video and editing capability the main lever on where you land in that range. You have kept a program with many moving parts organized: creators, a content calendar, a community, an event series. You write clearly and fast. Most of this job is words.
