FIELD SERVICE MANAGER Multi-Family- Florida

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Field Services Manager at Allied Interior Solutions is the first point of contact for coordinating all aspects of multi‑family cabinetry installation. The role involves managing and submitting sub‑contractor invoices, and acting as a strong liaison between the client and AIS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating delivery and installation with clients. Approving and submitting subcontractor invoices/draws for payment. Maintaining competent installers and ensuring paperwork is complete and timely. Anticipating and resolving client issues. Attending client‑mandated meetings as required. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and all AIS departments. Being highly visible on job sites. Traveling to cover the Florida area, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and surrounding states.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education – High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience – Three years construction experience; at least one year experience in construction management preferred.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Understanding of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, quality control and cost management. Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting and profitability. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Ability to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Negotiation skills with suppliers and clients. Basic computer skills (MS Office).

ABILITIES

Self‑motivation and ability to work independently. Building strong client relationships and delivering positive experience. Maintaining on‑time delivery goals and compliance with safety regulations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Field environment with exposure to construction sites. Must have manual dexterity, sit for extended periods, work outdoors in extreme weather, operate in unfinished construction sites, and drive for long periods within a designated service area.

TRAVEL

Constant travel to multiple work sites within a designated service area covering Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and surrounding states.
