Orthodontic Assistant – Growth Opportunity (Part-Time → Full-Time) Dr. Bar Orthodontics | Katy, TX Dr. Bar Orthodontics is preparing to open a brand-new location , and we’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who wants to grow with a practice from the very beginning . This position starts part-time (1.5 days per week) at our current location until the new location is open in 2 months. During this time, you’ll work closely with our doctor and team, learn our systems, and demonstrate that you’re a strong cultural and clinical fit. Once our new location opens, our goal is to bring the right person on full-time (3-4 days per week) as a core team member of the new practice. This is an opportunity for someone who values structure, standards, and long-term growth —not a short-term fill-in role. Initial Schedule (Current Location) Full day Thursday. Half day Friday. Future Schedule (New Location) 3-4 days per week (full-time). Responsibilities Becoming a core team member as we open a new office. Following doctor instructions precisely and consistently. Being dependable, coachable, and aligned with how we do things. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental or orthodontic assisting experience. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
