Center Training Coordinator – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Job Title: Center Training Coordinator ADMA Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company relentlessly committed to creating superior products for immunodeficient patients at risk for infection. Position Summary The Center Training Coordinator ensures the competency and continued development of center staff, including management. Responsibilities include executing and monitoring center training programs, facilitating instruction, scheduling, coordinating training to align with business objectives, analyzing training needs, supporting preceptor development, and utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS) / eQMS to track staff progress. Responsibilities Execute and provide support for all ADMA BioCenter training initiatives. Ensure center personnel complete required training timely and demonstrate competency. Observe and check in with new hires during training to ensure progress and collaborate with management on corrections. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Report analysis findings and learning resource needs to training leadership. Provide feedback to assist in the selection of center preceptors. Support the training and development of Training Preceptors at plasma center locations. Maintain an active cross‑training program. Maintain working knowledge of LMS/eQMS and assign or ensure training is assigned to staff. Collaborate with training leadership and Instructional Designer on training plans related to CAPAs. Assist with updates to training materials when revisions are required. Participate in the continuous evaluation and improvement of training programs, materials, and learning profiles. Maintain competency in all center functions. Run regular training reports from LMS/eQMS and advise leadership and staff of pending training. Continuously work in production areas to assist with training and remain current on skillsets. Competencies Follow cGMPs and procedures with great attention to detail. Train and motivate employees at all levels. Knowledge of all Federal and State regulations including OSHA and CUA. Ability to work in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year working in a plasma center in responsible roles, including training or preceptor experience. Minimum of 1 year working in a clinical setting. Preferred Experience 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience. Compliance & Knowledge Strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies. Completion of required compliance training and accurate documentation of interactions. Proactive participation in compliance reviews and prompt reporting of potential issues. Planned coordination of resources, organization, and communication skills. Ability to travel by car or air as needed. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Use of media for video and presentation deliverables. Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods. Experience working in temperatures colder than –30°C for short periods. Potential exposure to blood‑borne pathogens. Maintain training documents, accurate records, and support audits from a training perspective.
